Shauni got tons of attention in the airport. I'd like to believe it was because she is such a beautiful baby (
lol), but though that is true (and probably why she did get a lot of the attention), I really think it is because of the "kangaroo pouch" sling I carried her in. She looked like a little ball, all nestled up in the pouch. Sometimes she would stick her hand out or you would see the top of her head and people would just stop and look. Some came up to us and would ask to see her face. Some just wanted to confirm that it was really a baby inside this pouch. I thought it was kinda funny.
This was my view of her.
She was so good the whole plane ride...even when we transferred to the second plane. She slept the whole time
mainly and did not cry or fuss at all. People were surprised to see that we had a baby with us once we got off of the plane!!
