I'm sure you guys have been wondering where I've been....at STAPLES!! Actually, the computers been at Staples and I was there more times than I wanted to be this past week. They had a free computer tune-up special recently and so I took the computer in to get checked out because its been running slow. The turn-around time was supposed to be 3 days. They had it for OVER a week! I went into the store on day 6 and asked what was taking so long. They said there were 10 computers ahead of mine (wish they told me that before I gave it to them) and it would take a bit longer. Ok, my question....there were 3 computer techs. Divided by 10 computers....that's approximately 3.3 computers for each tech to work on. You're telling me that each tech couldn't finish tuning up 3 computers each in over a week? Especially after I get the computer back and the final reports just says......"your computer is running slow"!
