We went to the park today to fly Shauni's new kite. She picked it out and everything! It was a WHOLE dollar from the dollar store, so I was a little concerned about a possible meltdown if this thing didn't straighten up and fly right! lol! She was so excited all the way to the park and for a quick 5 minutes of flying it when she noticed the play area in the corner of the park and wanted to go there instead!
She had a lot of fun and didn't want to leave.
I don't take her to the park that often and probably would if I wasn't such an over-protective mom that doesn't want her to fall
or hurt herself
or climb too high
or catch the cooties from some of these germy-looking parks!
