Yeah I know...my last post was last year!

Hello strangers! I'm just going to begin with the truth. We are always so busy that I never pause anymore. Not with life and certainly not with this blog. I hate that I don't because when I do stop to look through the past years, it refreshes so much of my memory of Shauni's younger years. She's a big girl now. Just finished 1st grade yesterday and ready for our crazy summer travels. First stop...our other home...HAWAII. We'll hang out there a bit and then head to D.C. for some fun and tours of all of the historical monuments. Shauni is still the MISS AWESOME SHAUNI! She is still grinding it out in the dance studio a few times a week and just finished up her spring basketball season. She's learned so much in 1st grade. From barely reading at the start of the year to reading on her own. She says she can't wait to go to second! Here's a side-by-side of Shauni on the first day of 1st grade and the last day. Huge difference!! She grew so tall over this time! Im always sad when she grows up too fast but so proud of who she's becoming every-single-day!
